Her journey in healthcare began at the young age of 16 through a school-based traineeship at the Challenge Learning Institute, where she first discovered her passion for making a real difference in people’s lives. Since then, Karlie has continued to build on this foundation, earning a Certificate III in Aged Care and Community, which has deepened her understanding and commitment to compassionate care. Karlie’s leadership style is defined by her unwavering dedication and genuine compassion. She is actively involved in every facet of MNK Support Services, from hands - on client support to strategic planning and team development behind the scenes. Her approachable nature and strong sense of responsibility make her a trusted role model and source of inspiration for the entire team.

What truly sets Karlie apart is her heartfelt commitment to ensuring that every client, family member, and staff person feels valued, heard, and supported. With her warm smile, bubbly personality, and genuine care for others, she has a natural gift for making people feel welcomed, valued, and seen. Her positivity is contagious, and her ability to connect with others makes every interaction feel special. Georgie’s journey is a beautiful blend of passion, purpose, and continuous growth. With experience in business, hairdressing, and kitchen operations, she’s explored a range of roles that reflect her creativity and dedication to service. Now, she’s following her heart into the care sector, currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing and a Certificate III in Individual Support - a clear reflection of her deep commitment to helping others. What sets Georgie apart is her ability to bring both joy and comfort into people’s lives. Whether it’s offering a helping hand, lifting someone’s spirits, or simply being present, she does it all with warmth and heart. She doesn’t just show up - she leaves a lasting impact.

With over 6 years of hands-on experience in the support industry, Nikita brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and genuine care to the MNK team. Her warm, bubbly and approachable personality allows her to build strong and meaningful connections with the people she supports.

Nikita is passionate about providing person-centred support and takes the time to understand each individual’s needs, preferences and goals. She believes that support should be empowering, respectful and tailored to each person, while encouraging independence and confidence wherever possible.

With her positive attitude and caring nature, Nikita brings a sense of comfort and encouragement to every shift. She enjoys supporting participants to get out into the community, try new things, develop their independence and, most importantly, enjoy their day.

Abbey joined the MNK Team at the young age of 16, already showing a remarkable passion and commitment to the healthcare industry. Even as an aspiring team member, Abbey’s hard work, dedication, and genuine love for the field shine through in every interaction she has with clients. Her strong connection with each individual reflects her heartfelt desire to make a positive impact and truly “Make a Difference” every single day. Known for her reliability and responsibility, Abbey approaches her role with a maturity beyond her years. She consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn, always ready to support clients with compassion and professionalism. Abbey’s commitment to growing within the industry is evident, and she is excited about the future as she plans to begin her post-graduation education in healthcare in 2026. Bree has worked in the hospitality industry from a young age, where she developed strong communication, organisation and people skills. Through her years in hospitality, Bree has always enjoyed connecting with others, creating positive experiences and making people feel welcome and comfortable.

Bree has recently decided to pursue a career in the support industry, bringing with her a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. She is excited to build on her existing skills and develop her knowledge and experience within the disability support sector.

With her friendly, caring and approachable nature, Bree is committed to providing respectful and person-centred support. She enjoys getting to know the people she supports and helping them feel confident, valued and empowered to work towards their individual goals.

With a Certificate III in Business and a Certificate III in Individual Support, Ella blends professionalism with compassion. Her unique combination of administrative expertise and hands-on care training makes her an invaluable asset in both office and frontline environments. But beyond the qualifications, it's Ella’s empathetic nature, compassionate spirit, and consistently positive attitude that truly set her apart. Whether she’s supporting a colleague, assisting a client, or simply offering a smile to brighten someone’s day, Ella brings her whole heart into everything she does.

Some people don’t just show up for others - they live for it. Helen is one of those remarkable individuals whose life is a true reflection of compassion, community, and quiet strength. With a Certificate III in Aged Care and Disability, Helen brings both professional knowledge and heartfelt care to everything she does. But her impact reaches far beyond qualifications. She is an active volunteer within the Darling Downs community, offering her time each week to her local school’s tuckshop, and spending over a year supporting residents in an aged care home. Her generosity even stretches across borders - she helped establish a food program to support vulnerable communities in the Northern Territory. Helen also plays an important role in the Examination Assistance Program at Downlands College, working closely with students to help them stay focused, confident, and empowered during exam periods. Whether she’s helping a young student reach their goals or comforting an elderly couple in care, Helen brings with her a quiet but powerful presence.

She is the embodiment of what it means to be strong, independent, and compassionate - the kind of woman we all aspire to be. And every single day, she brings with her something the world always needs more of: love.

Every now and then, someone comes along who brings not just experience, but a deep sense of purpose to their work - and that’s exactly who Zahra is! With a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention and over two years of hands-on experience as a Youth Support Worker, Zahra has been a steady and compassionate presence in the lives of children aged 5 to 11. Her work is rooted in more than just support -it’s about empowerment, advocacy, and building strong, meaningful connections that last. Zahra’s approach focuses on helping young people develop essential life skills, nurturing their confidence, and expanding their quality of life through genuine relationship-building. Her ability to meet each client where they’re at; emotionally, socially, and developmentally - has made her a trusted and respected figure to both clients and colleagues.

Having worked in the disability sector for over two years, Elizah has built valuable experience providing meaningful support and creating strong connections with those she works alongside. Her caring nature, patience, and commitment to delivering high-quality care make her a valued member of the MNK team and someone who consistently approaches her role with kindness and understanding. Currently in her third year at the University of Southern Queensland studying to become a Registered Nurse, Elizah is continuing to expand her knowledge and skills within the healthcare field. Alongside her studies, she has also completed a Certificate III in Individual Support, further reflecting her dedication to personal and professional growth.

Elizah’s passion for helping others, combined with her strong work ethic and positive attitude, aligns perfectly with the values at MNK. Indy is our youngest team member; however, what she lacks in age she more than makes up for in maturity, dedication, and compassion. She has been part of MNK since the age of 17, and during this time she has grown into a confident, capable, and highly reliable support worker. Indy consistently brings a calm yet positive energy to every shift, demonstrating professionalism and emotional intelligence well beyond her years. She has a strong ability to remain composed in a variety of situations while still maintaining a warm and approachable manner, making her well-suited to person-centred support work. Highly dependable and eager to learn, Indy takes pride in her responsibilities and consistently delivers thoughtful, high-quality support. She builds strong rapport with clients through patience, empathy, and genuine care, creating trusted and respectful relationships. Indy’s quiet competence, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow make her an invaluable member of the MNK team.

Through her work experience, she has built fluent communication skills, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and a strong work ethic, along with a genuine eagerness to learn and continually expand her skill set. Jaimie is known for her reliability and punctuality, qualities she values highly and consistently demonstrates in her professional approach. Jaimie is currently in her first year of a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology, reflecting her strong interest in mental health and personal care. She is passionate about understanding people and hopes to pursue a future career in this field, supporting others in meaningful and impactful ways. She also holds a Certificate III in Hospitality (2025) and a Certificate III in Sport and Recreation (2023), further demonstrating her commitment to developing a diverse and practical skill set.

El is a bubbly and bright team member who brings warmth, energy, and a welcoming presence to every shift. With a naturally friendly personality, she is always up for a good chat and has a genuine ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease. In 2024, El completed her hairdressing apprenticeship and quickly excelled into a senior stylist position, demonstrating both skill and dedication in her craft. Building on her strong foundation in client care, El has since transitioned into disability support work, where she continues to apply her people-focused approach in a more care-driven environment. Through both hairdressing and disability support, El has developed strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build genuine rapport with clients and participants. Her experience has strengthened her ability to understand individual needs, provide patient and respectful support, and create positive, trusting relationships. El also brings excellent time management skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every shift, ensuring she delivers consistent, high-quality support. Her ability to connect with people, combined with her practical experience across both industries, makes her a valued member of the MNK team.
