Karlie, the CEO and Founder of MNK Support Services, is more than just a leader - she is the heart and soul of our organisation. Her journey in healthcare began at the young age of 16 through a school-based traineeship at the Challenge Learning Institute, where she first discovered her passion for making a real difference in people’s lives. Since then, Karlie has continued to build on this foundation, earning a Certificate III in Aged Care and Community, which has deepened her understanding and commitment to compassionate care. Karlie’s leadership style is defined by her unwavering dedication and genuine compassion. She is actively involved in every facet of MNK Support Services, from hands - on client support to strategic planning and team development behind the scenes. Her approachable nature and strong sense of responsibility make her a trusted role model and source of inspiration for the entire team.
What truly sets Karlie apart is her heartfelt commitment to ensuring that every client, family member, and staff person feels valued, heard, and supported. Tia stands out as a caring and dedicated professional who brings both heart and worldly insight to her work. With valuable international experience in Denmark, she has had the opportunity to immerse herself in diverse lifestyles and agricultural practices, broadening her understanding of different cultures and ways of life. This global perspective enriches the compassionate care she provides every day.
Tia is deeply committed to actively engaging with clients, their families, and the broader community to offer ongoing support and advocacy. She approaches care holistically- addressing physical needs alongside social connections, mental wellbeing, and emotional barriers - ensuring that every individual feels truly seen, heard, and valued. Her foundation was built through her Certificate III in Individual Support at Akadia Training, where she developed practical skills and knowledge that she applies thoughtfully with each client. Now, as she pursues a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Southern Queensland, Tia continues to grow both personally and professionally, bringing new insights and a deepened sense of empathy to her work. Every day, Tia combines her passion for learning, her compassionate nature, and her ability to adapt to unique needs, making a genuine difference in the lives of those she supports. With experience in business, hairdressing, and kitchen operations, she’s explored a range of roles that reflect her creativity and dedication to service. Now, she’s following her heart into the care sector, currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing and a Certificate III in Individual Support - a clear reflection of her deep commitment to helping others. What sets Georgie apart is her ability to bring both joy and comfort into people’s lives. Her journey began with a school-based traineeship in Early Education at her local primary school, where she learned valuable lessons in patience, empathy, and nurturing growth—values she brings into her daily work. Jenna holds a Certificate III in Individual Support from Akadia Training and two Diplomas from TAFE Queensland in Beauty and Remedial Massage, giving her a holistic understanding of care that blends physical and emotional wellbeing.
Whether working directly with clients or advocating behind the scenes, Jenna’s dedication and compassion shine through. She is committed to going the extra mile to help people live healthier, more independent lives. Her unique combination of administrative expertise and hands-on care training makes her an invaluable asset in both office and frontline environments. But beyond the qualifications, it's Ella’s empathetic nature, compassionate spirit, and consistently positive attitude that truly set her apart. Whether she’s supporting a colleague, assisting a client, or simply offering a smile to brighten someone’s day, Ella brings her whole heart into everything she does.

Some people don’t just show up for others - they live for it. Helen is one of those remarkable individuals whose life is a true reflection of compassion, community, and quiet strength. With a Certificate III in Aged Care and Disability, Helen brings both professional knowledge and heartfelt care to everything she does. But her impact reaches far beyond qualifications. She is an active volunteer within the Darling Downs community, offering her time each week to her local school’s tuckshop, and spending over a year supporting residents in an aged care home. Her generosity even stretches across borders - she helped establish a food program to support vulnerable communities in the Northern Territory. Helen also plays an important role in the Examination Assistance Program at Downlands College, working closely with students to help them stay focused, confident, and empowered during exam periods. Whether she’s helping a young student reach their goals or comforting an elderly couple in care, Helen brings with her a quiet but powerful presence.
She is the embodiment of what it means to be strong, independent, and compassionate - the kind of woman we all aspire to be. And every single day, she brings with her something the world always needs more of: love.

Zahra
Every now and then, someone comes along who brings not just experience, but a deep sense of purpose to their work - and that’s exactly who Zahra is! With a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention and over two years of hands-on experience as a Youth Support Worker, Zahra has been a steady and compassionate presence in the lives of children aged 5 to 11. Her work is rooted in more than just support -it’s about empowerment, advocacy, and building strong, meaningful connections that last. Zahra’s approach focuses on helping young people develop essential life skills, nurturing their confidence, and expanding their quality of life through genuine relationship-building. Her ability to meet each client where they’re at; emotionally, socially, and developmentally - has made her a trusted and respected figure to both clients and colleagues.

Having gained valuable international experience in management, Nicole brings a fresh and forward-thinking perspective to our team. Her time abroad has shaped her ability to adapt, lead, and think creatively - skills that make her a standout in any environment. Whether she's supporting colleagues, clients, or improving daily processes, Nicole is always looking for ways to do things better and more efficiently. Nicole’s journey is far from over - she is excited to pursue further studies in 2026, continuing her commitment to personal and professional growth. With her strong work ethic, global insight, and innovative mindset, Nicole is a valuable asset to our team and a wonderful example of what it means to lead with both heart and ambition. All staff members receive adequate training and are required to possess current First Aid Certificates, with refresher courses provided as needed. Before starting their services with MNK Support Services, all staff must obtain a blue and yellow card and complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module. Additionally, staff are obligated to regularly participate in mandatory training courses tailored to meet our clients' physical needs, mental health, and safety for both clients and staff.
